I was 230 when I played football then lost all of it and my muscles when I started kickboxing,I dropped clear to 160 .

I'm shorter than average and get shit for it from time to time. Plus, I think that, even if they just do it subconsciously, people treat shorter/smaller people differently than bigger people, especially guys.

I'm thankful I'm not hobbit sized, though. There's a guy at work who's like 5'4". That's like . . . just unusually short. There are at least, relatively speaking, still a lot of guys who are around my height. I'm sure he has a hard life.

160 was fight day weight I couldnt drop a single pound less than that if I tried . I usually walk around between 175-185
