I didn't like that the husband was killed. Other than that, I was okay with everything, although I think I would have rather seen Salt just get cleared of all charges instead of having to escape the helicopter.

I was born in 1977. It still shocks me when I meet grown men that were born in the 90's.

I was born at the tail end of '81. It really seems like just yesterday that I was too young to buy alcohol. Now there's a sizable gap between the "you must be born after" date on the little Budweiser sign and the year I was born. It's weird.

It is my 15 year HS reunion this month. The last 10 years have really just totally disapeared.

I was bitching the other day about 16 year old kids and their nice cars... but then I realized that a 2001 model is 9 years old. My first car was an 1982 olds (it was 1993)... The ratio of oldness of teenagers' cars really blew my mind. I am actually driving a proportionally older car now than I did then (I have 98 explorer now). Its shocking how quickly I aged.

Time is a monster that cannot be reasoned with.

HS seems like a pretty long time ago to me... but college, that seems like just yesterday... yet I graduated over 11 years ago. HS seems pretty distant now, my memory of it is starting to fade. I really can't recall what it felt like being that young. But I went from 23 to 33 in the blink of an eye. I remember being 23 like it was yesterday (incidentally, it was my 10 year wedding anni last week). But I remember getting married and the life I had at that age... it doesn't seem like it was over a decade ago at all. It makes me sad thinking about it. When you are young everyone tells you it goes fast, but until you skip a decade in what seems like a few months, you don't grasp it.
