On another note .

A lady that was drunk jumped off her boat last night to swim, it didnt work and she drowned . Its been like 20 hours ago and they still havent found the body even though there were two other people with her. This lake is like 300 yards from my house . I'm tempted to take the dogs with me and go a searching for a dead body along the shore line .

I guess he has the proverbial "great face for radio." I like Breen's commentary a lot, but one thing that always gets me is how much he hates on heavyweights. It's like a heavyweight killed his dog or something.

Page was supposed to fight Little Nog, and I really wanted to see that fight, but it fell through.

Much better fight for Rampage in my opinion. He should've campaigned for that one.

I agree though. Machida beats Rampage all day.

My only concern is Machida coming in scared. He already looked kind of tentative/unsure of himself in the Shogun rematch, and now that he's been KOd/lost definitively he may be mindfucked. Only time will tell on that one.

That's sad.

But if you go and no one finds anything, wait several days and try again. The body's probably much more likely to wash up to shore after it starts floating (maybe a week to three weeks depending on water temp, according to my "Forensics for Dummies" book).

Oh I didnt realize it wouldnt be floating already .

The lake is 5,800 acres so its not like I'm going to cover much ground . I think I'll wait a few days and if they dont find her I take the dogs with me and starting walking around it in spots

Yeah. Its not a done deal... I really don't have a lot of desire to do it. I train with these guys and I know for a fact I can beat a lot of them. But I am basically being goaded into it. But then, I don't want to take a fight in my hometown because of my business. But I have a guy I train with fighting in OH later this year, and they need an opponent for another guy on the card... There are still some issues though, like I am massively too fat to make 170, and my wife really doesn't want me to do it. Its probably 50%.

I actually almost had a fight last year. The other guy pulled out. I actually have a little trouble, because I can't fight guys with no experience. But I don't want to fight a fight against a guy with a lot of fights, only because I don't want to challenge myself, I want to win easily. I like training, but I don't want to get into the physical condition that I would have to be in to survive against someone my own level.

Interesting. You'll have to keep us updated on this. I've considered spending 6 months or so training hard and then taking a fight in one of the local orgs, but a lot of things have held me back from doing it: insurance, the need to be presentable for work the next day, fear of losing, fear of serious injury, the fact that my dad absolutely would not want me to do it and would give me a lot of shit for it. . .

Maybe one day, though.

If your goal is to win easily, though, why not just fight an inexperienced guy and get the W?
