Oh I've only talked to a few gay people in my life. Finding a gay person around here is even harder than finding a mexican or black person .

I also don't like the idea of keeping shit from her (whoever "her" is at the time). At least in principle I like the idea of complete transparency. But I think that, as a person, I've gone much too far down the rabbit's hole of fucked upness for that to be possible anymore.

Instead, I reason with myself, that I should just strive to treat her well, not cheat on her, and avoid acting out my worst fantasies. Surely that should be good enough.

Maybe, maybe not, on the "born" part. But I do agree with Scientist in that, whatever the cause, it's not really controllable. Whatever makes someone gay does so outside of the force of the individual's will, and once it's happened, that's just the way it is.

BTW, there are likely a lot more gay people in the world than you figure. A lot of them are like "stealth gay," where they actually look and act like regular guys, but at the end of the day they just like dicks.

I'll put it this way. When you think about it, you didn't really make the choice to be straight. You just are. You may think to yourself, "Yeah, well I woke up today and made the choice to like women." But it's not like you had any desire to like guys, so that's really not much of a choice.

For gay guys, they're in the same situation, but the situation's reversed.

I think we are all that way. For me, I don't have any really demented sexual fantasies or anything, outside of what "normal" guys think... But I think normal guy thinking would just terrify most women.

I do have some other fairly demented shit in my head though. If it is a thought that even I know is wrong, then I am pretty sure it should not be shared.

I actually don't know any gay people. I went to school with some guy, who we all thought was gay, and turns out, he was. Other than that, I really have no experience with gay's or lesbians. (although I wouldn't mind an lesbian experience)
