So, if Brock wins, how fast do you think it will take for all of sherdog to say how overated Cain was, and JDS is the REAL Heavy to take out Brock.

i think that will be the case also. First everyone was sure carwin would take out brock, now cain ,then it will be jds . After he goes through all of them there will just be excuses . The first one was if carwin didnt gas . Ill be waiting for tonights

I think if It ever got to that point, you would see how Carwin REALLY has the tank now, to beat Lesnar.

^^^^ I rewatched his last fight with Forrest and think he should have got the decision in that fight.

I disagree. I remember being surprised it was even a split. I thought Forrest won convincingly.

I'd have to rewatch it again, but I don't even remember Ortiz doing much in that fight except getting some takedowns.

i watched it 2 or 3 times . Rd 1 was close rd 2 ortiz
rd 3 forrest. Id say fighting that close with forrest is good after 18 months considering what forrest did to rua and hes champ

This card is awesome. Have fun everyone..I'm at the tail-end of a 70-hour work week myself, and managed to get tonight off, can't wait to take my seat at the pub!!

And I just saw that Shields is down to -158 at Pinnacle, that is insane.

Hope I do better tonight than I have for the last couple UFC's.. I went like 0-3 and 1-3 on posted picks here since I started!

Round 1 - With heavyweights in the cage, referee "Big" John McCarthy oversees the evening's first fight. Yvel keeps his distance early as the two circle cautiously. Madsen makes the first move in, bur he doesn't commit. Boos come 30 seconds in. Very cautious start by both fighters. One minute in, and Madsen fakes a right hand and drives in for the takedown. Yvel is on his back in an open guard as he tries to defend. Yvel's head against the cage, and Madsen delivers right hands. Yvel is pinned on the ground, and Madsen shucks his legs aside and starts to unleash punches. Many of them are hitting the arm, but Yvel isn't showing any ability to escape. Some 20 punches come in, and McCarthy has to wave off the fight.
