Everyone Edgar has fought other than Gray Maynard has lost to him. GSP beat him in GSP one because he outwrestled him the last two rounds. Thats a lot different than what your suggesting. He tried to stand with Penn in the beginning, got his ass kicked then ran a takedown clinic on him

Also, BJ and Matt have reciprocating man-crushes. At the pre fight presser all they could do was talk about how much they liked each other, how great the other guy is, and how much they are each other's heros. BJ is going to smash him IMO.
