AJ started camp 8 weeks ago at 230 lbs
He has to make 171 tomorrow
Supposedly had a fairly recent knee injury
Has been injured on and off since UFC 106
Hasn't fought since UFC 106 (November 2009)
He is black

Your definitely the most knowledgeable guy here IMO, I think it boils down to betting discipline more than anything.

This is something that requires a lot of attention and a lot of work. This is something I have come to realize. Its all in or nothing.

Exactly, this is why Scientist and Edman are the 2 guys that I am looking foward the more to see their opinions on every event.
Scientist especially for his knowledge on the grappling department, and Edman for the huge researches that he is doing on the fights that he is putting money on.

Hardy is a good play imo.

He is a risky play. Johnson has very good wrestling and he is strong as an ox. If he wants to he can take Hardy down. Whether or not he gets subbed is another question. Also remember Hardy doesn't frequently KO people. It isn't likely that he drops AJ with a strike. With that lack of big power it makes it possible for AJ to wade through punches and get inside for a takedown. He good gas of course, or get subbed but who really knows what will happen. I think this one is up in the air. I haven't seen his weigh in yet. I suppose that happen today already. I'm going to go check it out.

This is pretty much it. Hardy has durability on his side but I just don't think he can stop the takedown all night. Also when I looked at the weigh in pictures Rumble didn't look so bad at all. He wasn't all visibly drawn out like James Irvin before the Sakara fight.
