Went and saw Warrior tonight. It's actually a pretty damn good film. Well written, well acted, well directed. The MMA is also accurately portrayed for the most part with the exception of a detail near the end, which if you see it you will know what I'm talking about. If I have any criticisms, it's that the movie is a bit slow in parts and mildly depressing, but I was pretty engaged the whole way through.

Some trivia (and this makes it sound cheesy but the shit actually comes off pretty well):

Kurt Angle plays a Russian named Koba, who is a "Sambo champion" who is "universally recognized as the P4P best in the sport"
Rumble makes an appearance as a fighter named "Midnight" Lee.
Nate Marquardt, Rashad and Bonnar also show up

Luke posted that ed soares (manager of big foot) said that Antonio silva and Dan henderson were possibly gonna fight but silva injured his shoulder last night. makes me think he might of come into the bout injured.
