        I guess so. That is basically a standard split for guys that go to the gym do and I was just throwing that out there. I used to do something similar before I started to train for powerlifting. Right now I do a lot of bodybuilding stuff because I am trying to put on more muscle because I am moving up a weight class. I am currently just training my squat/bench/deadlift heavy, and the rest of my stuff I do with more of a "bodybuilding approach". I hit everything 2x a week except legs, but I am actually thinking about hitting legs 2x a week starting this week.

                                1. Well yeah, but that "lady" is one of the ladies that have more testosterone in their body then regular guys. There are actually a lot of hot females that do powerlifting meet. The one you are talking about has a clit bigger then a black guy's dick.

                                2. A powerlifter is somebody who competes in all 3 lifts.
