Yeah, in the late-70s (when the film is set), the Super 8 format was basically the film format used by amateur and indie filmmakers. Today, if shooting on film, it's 16mm, though these days I think most everyone who's working with a tiny budget has progressed to shooting digitally.

I have found in my years on this earth, that racial diversity can be summed up by where track and field teams are located.

My daughter is at a disadvantage now, because she doesnt have a team to train with for the USATF and AAU meets, so she doesnt get much practice. She does pretty good, but she can obviously be better.

In trying to find sprint teams, I gotta go into the hood. Only teams up by me are fuckin cross country and shit. I dont mind going into the hood at all, its just a fuckin haul to get there 2-3 times a week.
