Nah, it is not too bad for the first 6 or 8 pounds. If you ever want to look shredded for a date, drop some water weight.

Damn, I wanted to watch that shit. Did you record it? You should upload it and let us watch it.

How much does he weigh? Wrestling will make him lose actual real weight if he is chubby. There is generally a month of practice before the first weigh in, a chubby teen could easily lose 15 or 20 pounds. If he is like 230, he will make 215 without cutting most likely. Wrestling totally changed my body my freshman year of high school. Remember those "presedential fitness award" things in HS gym? We had a test run of one of those at the beginning of the school year, and I could not do anything, I think I did like 2 pullups. By the time the real test rolled around (was right at the end of wrestling season), and I did like 22 pullups and ran a 530 mile. Nothing is a better workout that HS wrestling. To this day, I have never worked out as hard as I did in HS wrestling practice.

I will try and upload it. I don't know if I won a reversal yet (because my client did it and I was arguing the law should be changed), but I definitely dominated the argument.

I agree. Wrestling practice is a mutherfucker. 3 mile run BEFORE practice. Negro please

He weights about 220-225 right now, but he isnt that chubby anymore from all the offseason football shit he did, plus playing this season. His body fat % dropped pretty good.

Well, he sounds like he is just the right size for 215. If he needs to drop the water, I recommend the bath instead of the sauna or workout with the plastics.

                    Good stuff here. . .

Big sweaty men! Big noisy guns! Dozens of people getting beaten and slaughtered--per scene! Entire cities razed to the ground! Liberal wimps beware as simple handguns become judge, jury and executioner! Read more about 80's Action Movies Here! And the only repercussion is that the Stupid Chief takes your badge and gun for the weekend...

Yeah but you will need to stay fully hydrated so you can maintain a hardon.

yeah i second that. All I did was push myself to the extreme. Complete exaustion, and then start all over.

Speaking of he did it. You ever hear of that home invasion in Chesire Connecticut? Two guys murdered a family. My stepfather has been subpeonad(too lazy too look up spelling) to testify at the trial. He is on death row.

Watching Never Back Down 2 right now.

Early observation: Todd Duffee is in the shit and, while he's not a great actor, he's actually not horrible either.
