I think Machida wins, but I don't get the "Machida is going to beat Couture into retirement" and "Machine is going to knock Couture out" kind of talk. Yes, Machida has shown that he can KO people, but it's really not his M.O. So why the sense that Machida is going to brutalize the motherfucker?

Personally I think the fight is going to be close. Couture isnt going to let Machida just dance and throw shots . Wouldnt surprise me at all if the fight looked just like the Couture-Vera fight did

I'm not sure that Couture will be fast enough or crafty enough to get his hands on Machida and force him against the cage. But with the way Machida's looked in the past couple of fights, it wouldn't totally surprise me.

If Minotauro can light Couture up standing Machida will have absolutely 100% no difficulty doing it any time Couture isn't in his face and pressing him against the cage. The problem is I don't see how Randy manages to hold Machida anywhere for very long. Machida has a nice clinch game himself and he has shown the ability to get out of clinching situations when he doesn't want to be against the fence anymore. Randy's only hope here is to somehow stall Machida on the ground and I just don't see him holding Machida down for 15 minutes.
