I just have a very hard time seeing any of the 3 losing. I keep going back and forth on which has the greatest chance of a loss. But it just really comes down to OTHER people making a case for the loss. I just think these are 3 terrible matchups for the underdogs.

Hominick backers talk of how he is the best striker Aldo has faced. Well, Mark has also been tagged and hurt by fighters that were at least 2 levels below Aldo. Bottom line, Hom. is there to be hit, and he will be hit.

Couture backers talk about how he is going to stall or take Machida down....Seriously? Why was this gameplan not used more efeectively against Big Nog.

Shields backers talk of how he is the best wrestler(takedowns wise) that GSP has faced. Problem is that I have already heard that 2 times before with Fitch and Kos. If Shields had not beat Henderson, and his first fight in the UFC was Kamp...this line would be GSP -900.

Its all true... and taken individually, I think they all win. BUt when you have all 3 of them, I think there is a decent chance 1 of them wins. But then again, they all pretty much have to win decisions. Couture is not going to be stopping Machida, and I would be surprised if Shields can submit GSP. Hominick would pretty much have to knock Aldo out cold because he doesn't want to follow Aldo down.

Screw it, it is + odds. I am probably going to do it.

Fuck Bocek. I jumped on Bendo way too early when he was -175 for 2u. I really don't want to lose 2u.

I think Bocek will handle him on the ground... his technical game is way tighter than Bendo's IMO. If he gets a takedown, he will probably have him mounted in short order. But I think Bendo is a better all around fighter and should be able to dictate the standup and pace... and his wrestling is at least as good. Bendo is a clearly superior athlete as well. I think that is a close fight that could go either way and will probably be an up and down barn burner. My guess for FOTN... Henderson brings it, I really like watching him fight.

I actually like Bocek alot here. Will be a big bet for me.

I think the line that Hendo will hae a big standing advantage is just flat out wrong. I actually think if it stays standing that Bocek will at the least, hold his own. I also think there will be moments in this fight where Hendo will find himself in the same positions he found himself in against Cerrone, and Bocek will make him pay for it.

The only aspect I give an edge to Ben is his offensive wrestling, but does he really want to take Bocek down? And even there, Bocek's takedowns have looked very good recently.

I feel the same way about Bocek. Henderson can't keep magically escaping super tight submissions forever. Bocek would be the guy to lock him up and finish him off if given the chance.

anyway... nothing in that vid make me think Shields can beat GSP. I have a suspicion that Shields is going to be going for a lot of leg locks.
