Howard is about 2 levels below Kampmann. He would be totally outclassed. Could he land a hail Mary KO? Sure. Anyone could. But to say that that's the LIKELY result? Pure foolishness.

I really never get it when people don't respect Kamp. Most people don't even think he lost to Diego, and a lot of people think he won against Shields, too.

So he's either 17-5 or 19-3, depending on how you look at it. It's a respectable record, in either case.

Kampmann has skills, but his fight IQ sucks. He tried to stand with Daley, then he tries to to sub Shieds while he is killing him standing.

I really dont see how Kongo loses this fight. I would grab him at -175 right now because its going nowhere but up.

Yeah, I really wish I had Bodog to get him @ -115 where he opened. I haven't bet it yet, but I probably will. It's one of those fights I've had a strong feeling about since it was announced. Those are the fights I usually bet small on/or puss out of for some reason, then end up getting all pissed off because I didn't bet it when they win. The last time that happened was Stann vs Leben..I was confident in Stann winning and then after reading everybody elses opinions I only put a small ass bet on it.

OK...Barry-Kongo.

I like Pat Barry, I know a trainer who really likes him and has lectured me on how much he has improved.

All that said, IF Kongo is smart, he FOR SURE wins this fight. I see NO reason why Kongo can not push Barry against the fence and work his game. Kongo IMO has underrated takedowns and ground and pound.

If I can get him at -180 or better in Vegas, I might make a nice sized play on him.

I am salivating at the idea of a good line for Story.

^ thanks. Pretty much how I see it as well. The only difference is that I don't think Kongo's takedowns are very good. That is balanced out by the fact that I think he will just hold him on the fence all day and also has a good chance to win standing even playing Barry's game.
