Seems a little high. I don't think Mayhem is THAT well-known just because he's barely fought in the UFC and it was years ago when he did. A lot of casuals should be unfamiliar with him.

I'd take him at -200 or better. Not sure that I'd go higher than that. But I do think Simpson is in over his head here.

That's the first thing I thought of too. Simpson might be in over his head, but it's possible he takes him down and keeps him there.
