The Warriors a†re in a spot to wrap-up a playoff spot and I expect a focused effort. A loss here and the Warriors wouldn't be in an easy situation having to face a schedule that includes home games against Oklahoma City and San Antonio and a road game against the Lakers before closing the season in Portland. The spot or situation will not be lost on Mark Jackson or his players. Look for LA to take advantage of the shortened fences at Petco. It’s the home opener for San Diego, but Padres are without their best player, Chase Headley, for a few more weeks. LA.

2) Colorado at San Francisco (NL West)

Tim Lincecum is in his contract year so expect big things from the Freak. Tim Tulowitzki is off to a big start for Colorado, but this is a notoriously bad team on the road. SAN FRANCISCO.
