I'm recommending playing the Mariners on the +1.5 run line in Thursday's matchup with the Blue Jays in Toronto. I just think the value here is too good to pass up on Seattle to either keep this within a run or win the game outright.
Toronto came back late to steal yesterday's game 5-2. The Blue Jays went into the 8th down 2-1 before putting up 4 runs. After getting no-hit on Tuesday, there's still major concerns with this Toronto offense and I feel they are getting way too much respect here.
Seattle will send out Mike Leake, who has had his struggles after a strong start to the season. However, Leake was better in his last outing and is 34-12 against the run line in his career in road games when playing against a team with a winning record. Leake is also 16-2 on the run line in road games in the month of May and 30-11 in his last 41 starts against the run line in road games when working on 5 or 6 days of rest. Take Seattle +1.5!
