Conference results is the main reason why I think Jacksonville State is such a strong play. The Gamecocks have demolished multiple teams this year such as Morehead State by 21 and Eastern Kentucky by nine while UT Martin has lost to both of those teams handedly. There is no question that Jacksonville State is the better team. This game really shouldn’t be close.

Their trip Saturday to Air Force smacks of a letdown spot against a club that has historically given them trouble and has nothing to lose. The Falcons have seen their defense become a major liability in blowout losses. But a little improvement in that area should be enough to cover this number.
