Should know the horse even better this time. Here is an appropriate handicapping angle that I've used many times before. Play a filly (like this one) getting Lasix for the second time.

OH SO TERRIBLE - I know she'll be way back, but she's got a fabulous move turning for home. Owns the highest speed rating on the turf at this distance. This mount has a lot of class. A good sign in a grass race like we have today. Ross drops her down to this class level. You don't need too much more knowledge to believe this horse is in a good spot at this level. ROOM TO FINISH - A big drop in class figure points from her May 24th race at Churchill Downs. Based on that element, I will give this horse the edge. Loveberry and Catalano teamed up together are a horseplayer's friend. A repeat of that last effort on May 24th where she notched a speed figure of 98 looks good enough to win in this contest. This horse is for real on the grass. TrackMaster turf rating in last race at Churchill Downs was tops in this field.

DIAMONDS ARE A - Be concerned about this sophomore versus the veterans. Will do better with more racing experience. KUORA (PER) - A bit of a less than stellar try when this filly finished ninth. The speed ratings are going downward. I'm not investing on this questionable contender off of that trend. This filly registered a speed rating in her last contest which likely isn't good enough in today's race. LATEST VERSION - 9/2 is too short of a reward to take on most any animal that has run poorly in back to back races around the track. Mediocre speed figure in the last race at Keeneland at 1 3/16 miles. Don't believe this less than sharp equine will improve too much today.
