My free play for tonight has to be the Philadelphia Phillies in their National League East battle with the first-place Atlanta Braves.

This is a great spot for the third-place Phils, who are aiming for their fourth straight win and can get their behind right-hander Zack Wheeler. Talk about the motivation for this team tonight, and the wherewithal to inch closer to the top of the division.

Wheeler has been the brightest spot of Philadelphia's rotation this season, and brings a 3-0 record and 2.76 ERA in five starts to the hill with him. Even further, the right-hander is 6-1 in 11 career starts at Citizens Bank Park, with a 3.10 ERA.

The Braves give a nod to left-hander Robbie Erlin, who allowed three home runs over just 43 pitches during an appearance out of the bullpen against this exact same lineup on Aug. 10. Saturday he faced them again, and Bryce Harper took him deep.

In his two appearances against the Phils this season Erlin has an 8.09 ERA after giving up six earned runs on six hits and two walks over 6.2 innings.

Again, great spot here for the Phils. Lay the money and list both pitchers.
