#5 Count On America	Stalker aired on the stretchout last time, and while this group is tougher, he owns a key route edge on the inside favorite; love his chances.
#1 Mucho Mas Grande	Class riser drew well but won sprinting last time, so this is a tougher assignment, and the pick has more proven recent route form; second-best.
#4 Bigshotinthenews	Pace presser was chasing sprinting, so he could clear on the stretch, though wiring the top pair seems a bit of a reach; using underneath only.
Race Summary	You won't get rich on the 5 but that 5-2 ML seems mighty juicy on a runner who gets the rail playing his game, so make an aggressive win and place bet at 9-5 or better, though you can get some built-in value by singling him to kick off the early Pk4, as he looks like he's getting all the best of it here, and yet he may not even be favored.

Finger Lakes - Race #3

#7 Lovejoy	MSW dropper needed his last off the 15-month break, but ran well when chasing and tiring, so on the big plunge he may wake way up; upset special.
#1 Prince Halo	Logical sort was a closing 3rd in his local debut, so he figures and could improve, though this post and his style give cause for concern; trying to beat.
#2 Stone Hearted	Dangerous sort broke last-of-10 on debut then rallied for a distant 3rd behind and easy winner, so off that, with Lasix added, he may improve; do not ignore.
Race Summary	That 8-1 ML on the pick seems like plenty of value on a runner who likely had this spot in mind all along, and even half that seems fair when matched up against this group, so play him in all the slots, and especially in the early Pk4 as well, since he could fall through the wagering cracks, which means a win would add plenty of value to the sequence.

Finger Lakes - Race #4

#3 Cold Hearted Pearl	NYRA invader stretches back out and has some solid route form showing earlier in her career, and C. Englehart is aces in these parts, and this can be viewed as a class drop too; look out.
#1 Gemlover	ML favorite got the sprint tightener out of the way last time, so she too should improve, and her route form last year was sharp, but the pick brings some class with her; still, plenty scary.
#9 My Girl Annie	Sprinter is an unknown at this trip, and she drew wide too, so even though her best makes her a big player, whether you get it at two turns is another question; mixed signals in this corner.
Race Summary	That 4-1 ML on the pick seems like a lot of value on a gal who has been facing better and will like the added turn and ground she gets here, so play her in all the slots, and especially to end the early Pk4, and kick off the Pk5 as well, since both the 1 and 9 will take plenty of play, which means a win will knock out a lot of tickets in both sequences.

#5 Surge Pricing	Has a right to be very tough here off the Ellis win, and his early pace will keep him in the mix from the start. Guessing the price won't be much.
#1 Soul Beam	Main danger to the top choice in what feels like a top heavy race, as this guy was just second with similar last out and is the one to fear late.
#3 Man in Demand	Long layoff is a real concern, but there are a few back turf races that would be good enough to land a share with this bunch.
Race Summary	Surge Pricing and Soul Beam look tough to get past, but the former will get a big jump on the latter turning for home. The price probably won't be much, but he'd be plenty playable if the 2/1 ML price held up.

Mountaineer - Race #3

#8 Loupacate	Going to give this filly another chance after rattling off a couple of runner-up finishes with similar. She just needs a well-timed move after hitting the top in the lane of both stateside starts.
#1 Fancy Fierce	The move to the grass is the big question mark here, but she brings good form to this and has a versatile sort of pedigree that may allow her to handle the new footing.
#7 Clear as Day	Finally put things together to graduate, and she then came right back to beat winners. She's a good fit with this group and figures for a great trip from close range.
Race Summary	Loupacate has made a bid for home in both of her local starts, and she should be able to find a really great spot in the early going. Playable at the 4/1 ML.

Mountaineer - Race #5

#4 My Alimony	Second best behind a runaway winner in that short field on debut, and the addition of blinkers might give her enough upside to graduate today.
#3 No Sunshine	Races for a barn that lands 40% 2yo debut sprint winners, but the fact that she's here is puzzling. Riv dominates 2yo races at Arlington, so the guess is that this filly either really needs the dirt or that she's not much at all. Your call.
#6 Roar of Cali	Debuts from the same barn as the top choice, and she brings a seemingly forward set of works to this debut run.
Race Summary	My Alimony has an experience edge and some upside with the addition of blinkers, and the price may be right if the Rivelli debuter gets bet.

#4 Frost Or Frippery	Has won four straight and is 1-5 on the morning line. A factor from the start and will be tough to catch.
#6 Memphisinmay	Shows good speed on occasion and can put pressure on the heavy favorite; can stick around for a piece of it.
Race Summary	Wild About You is a 10 year old on a roll and has been a terrific $5,000 claim made four races back by Marvin Johnson. Is the main threat to the super chalk.

Indiana Grand - Race #7

#8 Boa Nova	Just missed after a big rally two races back gets a similar pace setup; disregard his latest as he shipped to Ellis and ran fifth in a race that came off the turf.
#9 I'm Corfu	Is main track only and has the speed to take command if this one comes off the turf; hasn't won since last year but has been a strong player at some point in each of his races.
#3 Midnight Blue Note	Was up in time against Illinois-breds at Arlington last out and lost a photo at Indiana Grand two back; in good form and can be a factor throughout.
Race Summary	Boa Nova didn't run a lot in the slop at Ellis Park but can get back to good form in his return to the Indiana Grand turf.

#5 Forwhomthebelltoll	Was a solid third in the slop last time but runs well on any surface and can finish well vs. these.
#4 Max Express	Drew clear last time in a race that came off the turf; has done well going long this year and is fit to rally.
