Now, they're up against "Tiger-Killer" Dylan Cease. Cease just got the better of Urena last weekend. I'll take my chances with the Angels on the -121 money line in Saturday's road game at Arizona. LA comes in having won 4 straight behind an offensive explosion. Angels have scored 28 runs with no fewer than 6 in each game during the win streak. LA's strong play goes back even further than this, as they are 12-5 over their last 17 games.
It's the exact opposite for the Diamondbacks, who enter on a 8-game losing streak and are now a staggering 20-games back of the 1st place SF Giants in the NL West. For a team that has nothing go their way, I wonder if they won't be a little sluggish coming to the park today after last night's crushing 5-6 loss in 10 innings.
Scoring runs definitely figures to be a problem for Arizona, as the Angels send out the red-hot Alex Cobb. While Cobb has a not so great 4.24 ERA in 8 starts overall, he owns a 2.84 ERA and 0.684 WHIP in his last 3 starts. Give me the Angels -121!

We won with the Dodgers -1.5 runs last night in a 12-1 rout of the Rangers and I won't hesitate to go back to the well with the same play on Saturday.
Kolby Allard will make his third start of the season for the Rangers. He's yet to last more than five innings in a start this season. In fact, going back to last season he's worked more than five innings only once in 10 starts. That means we should see plenty of a Rangers bullpen that has been awful on the road this season, posting a collective 5.58 ERA and 1.57 WHIP on the road this season (entering last night's action).
Trevor Bauer will counter for Los Angeles. He owns a sparkling 1.69 ERA and 0.60 WHIP in four home starts, with the Dodgers winning all four of those games. There's little reason to expect we'll need much help from the Dodgers bullpen with Bauer averaging 6 2/3 innings per start at home but it's still worth noting that the Los Angeles relief corps has been excellent this season, particularly at home where they own a collective 2.75 ERA and 1.02 WHIP (entering last night's game).
The Rangers are in a tough spot this weekend with the Dodgers bats starting to heat up. Look for another lopsided result on Saturday night. Take Los Angeles -1.5 runs (10*).
