I will take my chances with the Blue Jays on the -1.5 run line in Tuesday's home game against the Mariners. I played Toronto on the -1.5 run line in all 4 of their games against the Orioles in their last series. They cashed 3 of the 4 and the one they lost they had 5-1 lead in the 8th.
As long as the Blue Jays keep hitting like they have been, I'm going to keep playing them to win by 2 or more. Toronto is averaging 6.1 runs/game and hitting .298 as a team in their last 7 games.
Blue Jays will take that red-hot offense against Seattle starter Chris Flexen. While Flexen has what looks like an impressive 3.87 ERA and 1.251 WHIP in 13 starts, he's got an ugly 7.27 ERA and 1.692 WHIP in 5 road starts. I also think Flexen has faced a relatively easy schedule so far.
Toronto will counter with Robbie Ray, who is having a great 2021 season. Ray has a 3.35 ERA and 1.140 WHIP in 14 starts. He's got a 103 K's in 80 innings with just 21 walks. Give me the Blue Jays -1.5 (-109)!

The Detroit Tigers have quietly gone 25-21 in their last 46 games overall despite being an underdog in almost every game. They have been very profitable to back because of it and I like the value with them tonight against the Cleveland Indians.
Jose Urena has faced the Indians twice this season with a lot of success in both starts. He has posted a 1.74 ERA in those two starts while allowing just 2 earned runs in 10 1/3 innings.
I'll gladly fade Cleveland's Jean Carlos Mejia, who should not be this big of a favorite based off what we've seen from him thus far. Mejia is still in search of his first win. He is 0-2 with a 6.27 ERA in five starts this season and averaging just 3.7 innings per start.
Cleveland is 9-15 (-15 units) after scoring 10 runs or more over the last three seasons. Urena is 27-25 (+16.7 Units) against the money line in all road starts in his career. Bet the Tigers Tuesday.

Tuesday's Free MLB Pick is on the Chicago Cubs as a massive +205 road dog against the Milwaukee Brewers. I know the Cubs are in a bit of a funk right now and were just destroyed 14-4 in the series opener yesterday, but this is just too good a price to pass up with Chicago. Cubs will have Zach Davies on the mound, who has been better than the numbers would suggest. Last time out Davies didn't give up a hit in 6 scoreless innings at the Dodgers. Tuesday MLB Free play. My selection is on the 'over' between Minnesota and Chicago at 8:10 pm et on Tuesday.

NOTE: This was a premium release on Monday but was the game was postponed due to weather. I'll recommend the same play on Tuesday, albeit at a lower rating due to the adjusted total.

The White Sox are mired in a hitting slump right now but I look for them to bust out of it against a familiar division opponent (and starting pitcher) on Tuesday night. With that being said, the Twins are consistently putting up big numbers the plate and I think they'll find a way to help this one 'over' the very reasonable total.

Kenta Maeda will take the ball for Minnesota. The White Sox have faced him three times since the start of last season, scoring seven earned runs including four home runs in only 15 innings. I think they're poised for a true breakout performance against Maeda here, noting that he continues to struggle this season, particularly on the road where he owns a 5.64 ERA and 1.41 WHIP with the 'over' cashing in five of his eight starts.

With Maeda averaging just 4 2/3 innings per start this season we'll likely see plenty of the Twins bullpen, which has posted a collective 4.59 ERA and 1.35 WHIP on the road this season. Worse still, the Minnesota 'pen owns a 5.45 ERA and 1.44 WHIP at night.

Lucas Giolito will counter for Chicago. He's been good but not great this season with the White Sox only managing to win seven of his 15 starts with the 'over' holding a slight edge at 8-7. He got the better of the Twins in a start back in May but they have certainly shown the ability to hit him hard over the years, scoring exactly seven earned runs off of him on three different occasions in his last nine starts against them. Note that they've crushed eight home runs off of Giolito in their last five games against him.

The White Sox bullpen has struggled lately, entering yesterday's game sporting a collective 6.20 ERA and 1.70 WHIP over their last seven games. While they've posted a respectable 3.82 ERA and 1.27 WHIP at night this season, they've blown 10 saves compared to just 10 converted along the way. Take the over (8*).
