With the "Little Engine That Could" (Trae Young) status now in jeopardy thanks to an ankle sprain, I don't think there is much of a chance that this Bucks-Hawks game is going to make its way Over the total on Tuesday night at State Farm Arena.

After a Game One that just did slip Over the total between the Bucks and Hawks, the past 2 in this series have BOTH landed comfortably Under the total.

As we all know Trae Young tweaked his ankle late in the third quarter on Sunday when he stepped on the referee's foot on the sideline by accident. The MRI on the ankle revealed a bone bruise that has #11 officially listed as questionable for the game and if he is in any way compromised the conduit for the Atlanta offense will see the Hawks scoring limited tonight.

Milwaukee has been Under the total in 9 of their 14 games played, including 7 of their last 10 this postseason.

As for Atlanta, 6 of their last 7 in this postseason and 11 of their 15 games overall have also landed Under the total.

Load up on another Under here in Game 4 of this best-of-seven series for Tuesday in the A-T-L.

Tuesday comp play is for the pitching of Zach Davies and Brandon Woodruff to be "top-shelf" as the Cubs and Brewers play a game that easily holds Under the posted total.

Chicago enters with a 6-1-1 Under mark their last 8 games and that does include Davies' last start that was a combined no-hitter against the L.A. Dodgers.

Davies worked the first 6 hitless innings of that combined no-no and the former Milwaukee pitcher will be facing his old team for the first time in his career.

As for Milwaukee starter Brandon Woodruff, all he has done against the Cubs is dominate them to a tune of 1-0 this year in his 3 starts with a 0.47 ERA. Woodruff has recorded 22 strikeouts in 19 innings of work versus Chicago this season.

Season series numbers show these teams at 6-3-1 Under the total, including all 3 games that Woodruff has started.

          Nothing changes tonight.

          Cubs-Brewers Under the total.

Did you see what happened to the Chicago Cubs last night in Milwaukee? Sheer brilliance in how the National League Central-leading Brewers unleashed a 10-run attack on the second-place Cubs in the eighth inning, en route to a 14-4 win. It was quite enjoyable for me, as I had a very, very small piece.

Tonight my free winner is on Milwaukee, as it will carry the momentum over from last night's demolition and continue the onslaught against the baby bears.

The Brewers are riding a six-game win streak, and Chicago is playing the sixth of an 11-game road trip in as many days. The Cubs have lost 10 of 14. They're hitting a paltry .167 in those games, and have been outscored 70-34 in that span.

The Brewers have ace Brandon Woodruff on the hill, and the team is 7-3 against Chicago this season. They've outscored the Cubs 52-35, they're 24-18 at home this season, and they've won six in a row and eight of nine.

Bad time for the Cubs to visit, and last night's late-game meltdown didn't help.

            Play Milwaukee tonight.

While I have your 500♦ NBA total waiting on my home page, your free winner for tonight is an MLB total, as I love the San Francisco Giants and Los Angeles Dodgers to stay under the posted number.

Expect a pitchers' duel between Frisco's Kevin Gausman and L.A.'s Walker Buehler, as they've both been performing exceptionally well this season.

Let's start with journeyman Gausman, who may have finally found a home in San Francisco. The fireballer who threw over 100 miles per hour out of college at LSU, is 8-1 with a 1.49 ERA this year, finally figuring things out from his POV. He is 5-1 with a 1.02 ERA on the highway, and will certainly be motivated for the Giants' arch-rival.

Buehler, meanwhile, is 7-1 on the season with a 2.51 ERA, and will undoubtedly be motivated after being tagged with his lone loss of the season in his last outing. The Cubs got him for three runs in six innings of work, so he'll be back to form.

              Play this one low.

Last night's free play was the underdog Angels over the Yankees and I am going right back to drink from the same well tonight, as the Yankees are a team that should not be laying this kind of juice right now.

New York mustered just 6 hits last night as they lost their 4th in a row. They have not topped 3 runs in any of those 4 losses, so why not take a chance with the underdog Angels once again tonight?

L.A. has won their last pair of games and tonight's starter Andrew Heaney owns a 4-5 mark which stacks up favorably to Jameson Taillon's 2-4 mark for the season. The Yankees are only 5-9 when Taillon takes the hill, so they are no lock to deliver at this price at all.

At this point in the season the Yankees are capable of being shut down by anyone who takes the mound on a nightly basis.

Underdog play once again on the Angels for Tuesday.

                3* L.A. ANGELS
