The Cardinals have nw won 15 in a row and are close to locking down a wildcard. Jake Woodford has been very good in his spot starts (1-0, 2.08, L3) and helping to keep the Red Bird money starters fresh. Most importantly he give you a chance to win and he faces a Cub outfit that is just 1-9 in their L10 games at the not so Friendly Confines. It's a bullpen game for the North Side so not quite sure what we're getting other than Thompson. Remember that this is still a rivalry game and St Louis will not let the Cubs off the hook, especially the way they are rolling now. 50 cents is not a lot to ask considering what else is out there. Take the Cards.

This looks like a good time to fade the Raiders as they are overhyped and overvalued by the betting market after starting the season 2-0 SU and ATS. They've won both games outright as underdogs (Baltimore at home, Pittsburgh away) which sets up a potential flat spot against a Miami team that got humiliated in a 35-0 loss to Buffalo last week.
Miami QB Tua Tagovailoa is placed on IR, but backup Jacoby Brissett has plenty of experience. I think this will be a lot closer than most would expect.
Dolphins are 10-1 ATS in their last 11 games after allowing more than 30 points in their previous game. Dolphins are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games after scoring less than 15 points in their previous game. Raiders are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games as a favorite. ICY CAPE - This race sets up for this mare. I call this the 'Lone Stalker' scenario. When the real running starts, she'll be in stalking position. This mare is entered right back into a race in less than 10 days; this is a positive sign. Mare was in versus 'open company' on Sep 17th and should find this group easier to deal with. I think this mare is ready to run a good one. She's had enough outings since the layoff and should be fit. This mare registered a strong rating of 61 in her last contest. That speed figure should be good enough to prove victorious in today's event. SWEET SMOKIN GAL - After the affair aboard this horse on September 2nd, the rider is going to be in touch with the filly much better. Personally, I wouldn't worry about where she finished in her last race (seventh). Should improve right here in this race, with some pretty good odds. Ranked at the top of the list in earnings per race. Another indication that this equine has class.
