Arizona State couldn't cover a 22-point spread in its season-opening, 76-60, win against Portland this past Tuesday. The Sun Devils are now 3-12 ATS the past 15 times as a home favorite.
I don't see the Sun Devils covering against UC-Riverside either. The Highlanders are one of the better teams in the Big West Conference. They went 14-8, including 8-4 in league, last season.
Arizona State is down four players due to COVID-19 protocols and has rebounding concerns after being outrebounded in all but four of its 25 games last season. The Highlanders feature 7-foot-1 junior center Callum McRae.
The Sun Devils only have two returning players. Considering the early-season circumstances, I'll take this many points with Riverside.

The Bluejays have beat Kennesaw State the last two meetings by 26 and 35 points, but this is not the same Creighton hoops program as they have lost several key players from last year's team. In its season-opening win, the Bluejays showed their lack of chemistry and had to rally from a halftime deficit to record a 90-77 victory over Arkansas-Pine Bluff , while Kennesaw State did not look out of place vs Iowa State in their opener and were within 6 points late before the Cyclones sealed the deal with some late downtown treys. Note:Kennesaw State is bringing back over 90% over its scoring production and total minutes from last season and look like they will have a decent campaign. The Owls rank 16th in the nation in both categories, bringing back 93.7% of its total points and 91.8% of its total minutes. Owls are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600.

I'll take my chances with Utah laying a big number at home against the Pacers. We cashed a similar ticket on the Jazz Tuesday, as they beat the Hawks 110-98 as a 8-point favorite. The big thing there was Atlanta was playing on no rest and Utah being one of the toughest places to play in the second of a back-to-back.
It's even worse for Indiana. The Pacers just played at Denver last night. It doesn't matter what order, playing back-to-back games at Utah and Denver is the worst back-to-back a team can play. This is also the 4th and final game of a 4-game west coast trip that has now spanned 7 days for the Pacers. I just don't see Indiana being all that interested in coming out and trying to compete at the level needed to give a good Utah a game.
Pacers are 0-8 ATS the last 3 seasons after playing 3 straight games on the road, while Utah is 32-16 ATS last 48 as a favorite of 3.5 to 9.5 points. Give me the Jazz -9.5!

The Miami Heat don't push the pace as it is, and they certainly won't be looking to push it after an overtime loss to the Lakers last night. The Heat rank 30th in the NBA in pace at 94.5 possessions per game. Both the Clippers and Heat have been two of the best defensive teams in the NBA this season. The Clippers rank 2nd in the league in defensive efficiency while the Heat rank 5th. Both teams are missing key players that hurt them offensively as well. Give me the UNDER.
