1st race – (10) Banker’s Hours drops to a level where he should prove best. (7) Mr Mac Quhae was second in his last two starts and should be the main threat. (2) Canaan returns from a layoff and could be dangerous against these. (1) Unified Conquest might be troublesome off the turnback to a sprint. Betting strategy: 10 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-7-10. Doubles: 1-2-7-10 with 3-4-5-7.
2nd race – (4) Kenya Sun has some early speed and could be tough to catch. (7) Cozy Café was a game second last time and should be a top threat here. (3) Elliereeseaston has been absent since June but is working sharply. (5) Hardly Social might rebound at this reduced level. Betting strategy: 4 to win, place. Exacta box: 4-7. Exactas: 4-7 over 3-5 and 3-5 over 4-7.
4th race – (4) Jazzy T has been tiring in the final furlong but may work out a winning trip here. (3) What Knot is an interesting first-time starter. (5) Sweet Actress is a threat to figure in the exotics. (2) Bonnie’s the Best stretches out and may appreciate the added distance. Betting strategy: 4 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-3-4-5.
6th race – (2) Tracy Ann’s Legacy has plenty of speed and could be tough to catch after a freshening. (5) Reinagol should be a factor in the final furlong. (4) Fouzia had a useful comeback race and will be dangerous here. (3) Richies Great Girl will appreciate returning to a claimer. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-5. Exactas: 2-5 over 3-4 and 3-4 over 2-5.
8th race – (8) Critical Threat (B) rallied from 12th to miss by a neck at Churchill Downs. Should make amends for that loss here. (7) Man On the Moon may perk up while switching back to dirt. (2) Tiz Rye Time was second in his last three starts and should be in the exotics again. (1) Menelik might benefit from a rail trip. Betting strategy: 8 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-7-8.
