I will gladly take my chances with the UNDER 7 in Sunday's series finale between the Mariners and Marlins. After combining for 14 runs in the opener on Friday, these two only combined for 4 runs in the Marlins 3-1 win on Saturday.
I don't see the offense picking back up with arguably the best starting pitching matchup of the series on Sunday. The Marliners will send out Logan Gilbert, who has a 0.40 ERA and 0.850 WHIP in 4 starts with 22 K's to just 4 BBs in 22 1/3 innings. Miami will turn to Sandy Alcantara, who has a 1.78 ERA and 1.184 WHIP in 4 starts. UNDER has cashed in 8 of the Marlins last 11 games and 3 of the last 4 for Seattle. Give me the UNDER 7!

The M’s are 4-0 in games where Gilbert was the starter with a run margin of +11. After allowing 1 ER in his opening start back on April 9th, Gilbert has since started 3 games spanning 17.1 innings and he has not allowed a single earned run. For the season he has struck out 22 batters and allowed just 4 walks. He should be dominant today vs a Miami offense that has already struck out 193 times on the season, 6th most in MLB. Sandy Alcantara is on the hill for the Marlins and his ERA numbers are very good, however his xFIP is nearly 4.00 telling us he’s a bit overvalued right now. The Mariners are slightly better when compared to Miami in most key offensive numbers and they have the better bullpen numbers pretty much across the board (ERA, BA allowed, OPS allowed, and WHIP). We also feel we’re getting the better starting pitcher and the team that is in desperation mode for a win in this series finale. We like the dog here.

The Rockies have won each of the first two games in this series and I'm shocked they aren't a bigger favorite with Cincinnati starting Reiver Sanmartin in the series finale. Sanmartin won't be in the rotation for much longer. Guy has given up 19 ER on 20 hits with just 8 Ks in 10 2/3 innings of work. He's allowed 5 or more runs in each of his 3 starts. Hard to believe that streak will come to an end at Coors Field. Numbers aren't great for Colorado starter Kyle Freeland, but he's been a lot better in his last two outings and is facing a bad Reds offense. Bet the Rockies -150!
