BORN DAPPER - This trainer brings horses to the turf ready to win, winning over 20 percent of the time under similar conditions. Based on the information I have, she's a strong closer. May be worth a few bucks. You have to like that last race speed rating, 81, which is the best most recent race rating of this group. Thomas will try adding the 'shades' today in hopes of an improved performance. BISSET - Have to make this filly a strong challenger; she comes off a strong effort on July 1st. Got some betting action in debut on July 1st at Monmouth Park, but finished second. Has a shot in this event. This conditioner is 'stretching-out' this entrant. Making the move to 1 1/16 miles for the 1st time, and Pletcher has had some great success doing that. LOVE TANK - Based on her last TrackMaster turf rating alone, I'm going to play this entrant. This pony coming off a nice effort in the last month is a win candidate in my book. Had a dominant closing move last out, running the last quarter in less than 25 seconds. A similar performance today, and it's straight to the winner's circle.
