#3 Diamondsifyoudo She goes first out with a pretty consistent worktab and a bullet spin over the local surface, and the Motion barn has won two of their four similar distance 2-year-olds in recent years. Lots to like.
#11 The Alys Look Barn wins a lot of these kinds of races, and she's another who brings a regular worktab with her to the debut run. Wouldn't be surprised to see them unveil another nice one.
#6 Mija She's got to be capable of something better than she showed in the dull debut run when more than 20 lengths off it at 7/5, but I get the feeling she's going to be overbet again even off that running line based on her pedigree and connections.
Race Summary Wouldn't be surprised to see Diamondsifyoudo bring a good effort first time out for a team that has done good work from limited similar starters. Get a look at her on the tote and track, but I'm guessing she is live.

Keeneland - Race #7
Picks Notes
#5 Redeemer He moved up in a big way when getting on the dirt for that second career start, and it's never a bad sign to have Prat sign on to ride a horse like this. Can see him getting a nice trip from a bit off the splits.
#7 American Blaze He has to turn the tables on the guy who finished well ahead of him in that Monmouth stakes try last time out, but I think we'll see something a bit better here with a potentially flattering race shape.
#3 Frank's Honor Something like that last one would make him tough in here, but I worry that he's got a bit of company lined up against him this time around, and he has yet to prove quite as effective from off the pace.
Race Summary Think there are enough forward players in here to go looking for a finisher, and Redeemer has the ability to settle off the splits after stepping his game up on the main track last time out.

Keeneland - Race #8

#7 Coleridge He returns off the January layoff after last being seen scoring a sharp maiden win on the grass in Florida. Mild worry about a potentially modest race flow for him, but I am very interested to see what he's made of here. Think he might be okay.
#10 Axthelm He moved up nicely on the turf at Kentucky Downs, and he has a bit of positional pace that should give him a chance to settle him a great spot right behind any other pace.. First-over trip could get him home.
#12 Britain's Kitten Think the recent turf form is competitive for a piece here, and I like that he has some versatility in his running style to adapt from this wide post. Price inclusion.
Race Summary Coleridge finished with energy in his maiden win in January, and he returns in a spot where something similar should keep him in the frame. #3 Rhetoric deserves respect in the turf debut, too.

The veterinarian voided a claim on her in that race six weeks ago, but she should win with a duplicate effort. Bet to win and place.

Race Summary RAGING TEMPEST showed marked improvement in his second start as a gelding and is worth a longshot stab on the cutback from a long to a short sprint. He raced wide throughout after a slow start but sustained a rally from the far turn, finishing 3 lengths behind favorite DANGNABBIT, who draws the rail today. Play a 1-2-5 exacta box.
