Analysis:I wouldn’t want to be the team playing the Patriots following the worst loss of Bill Belichick’s career. This remains a solid New England defense despite the lopsided score against the Cowboys. They were on the field for a huge portion of that game and although the performance was poor, this is a solid spot to “buy low” on New England. There are definitely some issues on the offensive side of the ball, but the Saints scored just 9 points on 197 total yards in a home loss to the Bucs. They averaged 3.2 yards per play and Derek Carr was far from impressive. The Saints have now scored 21 points or less in 10 consecutive games, with things unlikely to improve against what will no doubt be a motivated Patriots group. Carr is currently questionable as this is written, but it’s clear that he’s hurt and this will be a play whether he suits up or not. While New England’s offense definitely needs work, I expect a bounce back from them on Sunday against a New Orleans team we can only look to fade. Take the Patriots. 3% Play on Patriots (462) as favorite, 2% as underdog

We saw Patrick Mahomes make some terrible decisions in a controversial game against the Jets. The fact is Kansas City has done nothing to warrant laying more than a field goal on the road against a team that is better than their record indicates. Minnesota is live, but we’ll put the points in our pocket and cash with the home dog. Take the Vikings.
