DETERMINED BLUE - My partners and I have made cash playing horses with this type of early speed. Follow my advice and do the same. Taking a trip to a lower class rank; has the form to make her presence felt. This animal didn't run well on the soft turf in her last race at Laurel. You should overlook that performance. BIG EARN - This horse could be tough in today's race, especially since Karamanos rode last time out and now should be more familiar with this one. Another way to judge class is earnings per start. This horse has the highest in the group. I think she'll be close at the end. This filly's last figure is high enough to score here, I'll play her back again today. VIENNESE WALTZ - Ran in the last race against better company at Laurel. The move to a lower level should suit her well. Maiden is switching over to the main track, and may not have liked the turf last out. Has a good chance to get into the winner's circle for the first time.

DON'T JU FORGET looks to be a solid contender. Overall the Speed Figures of this racer look very strong in this race. Ran a very strong last race. Miller has this filly running well and is a very strong pick based on the strong speed figures garnered in sprint races as of late. QUEEN OF POMPEII - Has the appearance of a money-making wager. Must be given consideration given the class of races run recently. SONG OF SHADOWS - She looks decent in this spot and I expect will be on the front end or close at the halfway point. Could best this group of animals based on the speed rating - 92 - of her last affair.

CARILLO - Expect this gelding to be far back early and come rolling down the lane. This gelding is the longer price of the 'split' entry from the barn of Shanyfelt. This thoroughbred coming off a sharp race in the last month or so is a solid contender in my book. AYE AYE SIR - Lots of positive 'vibes' associated with this horse and his barn. STATESBORO - Barbaran and his horse make quite a pair. Together they've been winning at a clip of 67 percent. You have to bet this animal at a venue he likes. There's nothing like being comfortable out on the track when it's time to race. DOWNTOWN CONNECTOR - Shanyfelt brings him back again. I recommend you stick with this hot gelding. This one likes to win at multiple race tracks. The switch in venue today may be a wake up call. That 97 fig this gelding garnered in his last event tells me he's a key player this time out.

MY REAL DREAM - Flores-Coba drops her down to this level. You don't need too much more from the pp lines to believe this animal has a shot at this level. The rider and trainer combination have a favorable ROI when they are put together. Last time she ran at this distance she recorded a speed rating good enough to win today's race. Has a decent chance to break maiden moving over to the dirt right here.

Vulnerable Contenders: #7 DIVINE PROMISE (ML=3/1), #9 PINK SUNSET (ML=7/2), #4 PANTHER COMMAND (ML=9/2),

DIVINE PROMISE - Difficult to invest in at 3/1 odds after the most recent outings.PINK SUNSET - This horse has no victories at Delaware Park. There's speed, speed, and more early speed in this contest. Doesn't seem too promising for this horse.PANTHER COMMAND - This thoroughbred just hasn't looked ready lately. Tough to go with this pony at 6 furlongs after not displaying zip at 1 1/16 miles. Could be tough for this mount to beat this field off of that last rating.
