    MLB TOTALS -- SATURDAY

    SATURDAY, AUGUST 13

    10:05 pm

    UNDER 6
    Houston at LA Dodgers
    W. Rodriguez vs. Kershaw
The Astros wave the magic Wandy at Dodgers bats that are hitting a collective .244 against left-handed pitching to this point of the 2011 season. Mr. Rodriguez has been wandyful on the road recently, coming off throwing 6 shutout innings at Arizona, and before that, allowing only 3 runs on 5 hits over 14 innings of work at Wrigley and Busch (if that’s what they still call it) against the Cubs and Cardinals. Dodgers’ lefty Clayton Kershaw has 13 wins, and returns to Dodger Stadium after making four of his last five starts on the road. In the last two months, Kershaw has lowered his ERA from 3.28 to 2.79.

LA ANGELS (Jr. Weaver) -120 at TORONTO (Romero)

The Angels haven't done as well on the road vs. lefthanders as we would like, they have turned a
profit overall vs. southpaws (+$335) and we can't resist taking Jered Weaver at this price. The LA ace
checks in with a 1.78 ERA after 24 starts (+$575), and he's up against a Toronto team that has been
hammered by righthanders here at Rogers Centre (-$1150). Ricky Romero has only led the Jays to
victories in 2 of his 7 day starts at home, and the Angels are highly motivated as they continue to
chase Texas in the AL West standings.

On Saturday the free Play is on the Atlanta Braves. Game 928 at 7:10 eastern. Atlanta applies to a 23-8 system that plays on home favorites of -140 or higher off a -140 or higher home favored win scored 10 or more runs on 5+ men left on base, vs an opponent off a road dog loss by 5+ runs and scored 4 or less runs and had 10+ hits. The Braves are rolling and have won 5 straight . The Cubs are 1-10 as a road dog from +150 to +175. The Cubs have R. Wells going and he has a road era over 6. D. Lowe is 4-1 vs the Cubs. The Braves are averaging over 6 runs per game the past week. Look for them to get another win vs the Cubs. On Saturday 3 big plays up led by the MLB System game of the Month from a 20-1 system that wins by over 3 runs per game. I also have a 17-2 totals system and an NFLX Week 1 System side. Jump on and cash out on Saturday. For the free play take Atlanta.GC

                      OC DOOLEY

“2 UNIT” LATE AFTERNOON BASEBALL INTANGIBLE (Athletics +105 at home versus Rangers in a 4:10 eastern start televised regionally on Fox-TV---------Lewis versus Cahill): Last night first-place Texas scored 6 times in the second inning alone in what turned out to be a 9-1 blowout triumph. For those not aware last night’s starting pitcher for Texas drew fierce ire from Bay Area fans following critical comments about Oakland’s home facility and lack of support as half of the Coliseum seats normally are empty. Following what was his first victory in a solid month C.J. Wilson of Texas said that boos from A’s fans actually fired him up and he called last night a “playoff like” atmosphere. There we several Oakland players that were also upset regarding Wilson’s negative comments and one-day later I feel the Athletics will ultimately gain “revenge”. Even though they have a weak offensive attack Oakland stunningly since the All Star Break has batted a hefty .292 as a team while the on-base percentage has been the highest in baseball. For those who get to watch this late afternoon affair keep an eye out for veteran Hideki Matsui who is a career .353 hitter when facing Colby Lewis who is on the mound for the visiting side. Lewis actually opposed Trevor Cahill 5 different times last year where Oakland ended up WINNING 4 of the 5 encounters. Not only has Trevor Cahill thrived against Texas in his career (2.19 ERA) he also has been dominant this campaign (2.52 ERA) in front of the HOME fans. If he produces another quality start keep in mind that A’s closer Andrew Bailey has converted all 6 of his save opportunities since the All Star Break and has gone a perfect 29-for-29 in his career in the season’s “second half”. As for Colby Lewis he has struggled to keep the Rangers competitive (5.50 ERA) in his most recent 3 mound assignments. What is even worse regarding Lewis is that he has allowed on average the most homeruns hit per nine-innings (1.72) which is the worst mark in the entire American League. Even though they are a first-place squad Texas this year has only been average (18-17) when playing during the “day”

I really like the Boston Red Sox in this game vs the Seattle Mariners...this is a great pitching matchup and I think it shapes up nicely for the Sox...J.Beckett has pitched well all season but just can't seem to get the run support when he's on the bump...he has allowed three earned runs or less in each of his last seven starts and 16 of his last 17...Beckett is 6-0 in seven starts against Seattle as a member of the Red Sox...the Red Sox are 7-0 in Becketts last 7 starts vs. Mariners...I like the Red Sox run lin
