The Blue Jays knocked off Jered Weaver and Dan Haren over the last two days, as Toronto heads out west for a three-game set with Seattle. The Mariners are feeling good about themselves after taking the last two from the Red Sox. Michael Pineda takes the hill for the M's, as Seattle has lost four of Pineda's last five starts. The tall righty was knocked around the last time he faced the Jays in Toronto, as the M's lost that contest in extra innings. Rookie Henderson Alvarez makes his second start for the Jays, coming off a no-decision in a win over the A's. Alvarez got out of several jams while allowing three earned runs in 5.2 innings of work. Toronto has been great this season as an underdog against teams off consecutive wins, owning a 13-6 record. I'll take the Jays here to beat the M's.Comment
