Penn State's defense is strong against the rush and the pass, and the offense should do just enough at home to win the game outright, or at least stay within the number. The under is the play here as far as the total goes. Two Big Ten teams that like to pound the rock, over, and over, and over. That's what they do. They'd run the ball every play if they could. Look for a very low scoring affair amidst this media circus.
