That's generally my preference. I'm on a big time budget right now, though. I had like 20 bucks the other day and knew that I had to buy enough food to make it to the 4th of Dec or else I would run out of food and probably die. I knew you could get a bag of chicken breasts for like $8 so that's what I did.
Basically, for the next week I have chicken breasts, pasta, sandwich meat, a quarter of a loaf of bread, 10 slices of cheddar cheese, some rice and chips & salsa.
Oh, and 3 protein bars and some protein powder.
I have tried that, it's not bad. I don't really need that stuff though because I can put on weight very easy (good and bad kind). Also, 20% off for cyber monday if you wanna get it.Comment

When I was younger I did the weight-gainer thing but it always made me sick to my stomach, especially when mixed with milk.
Right now I'm using this, which is like a weight-gainer:
