I see, a powder then. Still, I would need to see what else is in there like a sweetener or whatever. Looks good though. Right now my philosophy is to only eat whole foods, no shortcuts. I am sure I will ease up on that, but not until my month is over.

I will have to look into that... Veganism naturally keeps my calorie count pretty low, and I want to keep that aspect, so I am gunshy about prebottled shakes. But may throw some hemp seeds into a green smoothie or on my oatmeal
