I know what you mean, I almost mentioned it. I just looked up Jorgensens wiki page and he was a very good D1 wrestler at that. I think that Faber has better striking and better submissions though. I also think he is faster. That could make the difference. Another thing, Faber and Scott both fought Dominic Cruz. I think Faber did a lot better against him. He almost won IMO. The reason is because of Fabers overall ability to mix it up.
