I'd be happy if I had like a $5,000 unit. Because I tend to end up with about 5-10u at the end of the year.

My unit has rarely been more than $200, usually more like $100. Right now, my unit is right around $100. I have never once bankrupted my account and had to reload. If I cash out, I just rebuild. But I don't let the stakes get too high, I generally cash out if I get more than a few grand in there. Once upon a time, I thought I would just build and build forever, but the reality is that I just don't trust the books enough to do that so I have just accepted that this is a hobby for now. There is no real goal anymore.

I really don't like to keep more than 3 or 4 grand in there. For a while I was just keeping a cash bankroll, but I have gotten far less meticulous anymore, and pretty much just play with what I keep online (I have never had to reload). When I take it down, I just lower my unit until I build it back up. I would like to get more serious again, because it IS actually profitable. It is not even an experiment any more, I know for stone cold fact I can win long term. It is more just logistical problems that kill the dream.

Went to see The Great Gatsby tonight. It was okay, but not great. Visually, it's awesome. The performances are solid across the board. But there's something about the story and the way it's told that keeps this movie from being everything it could be, I think.

Watched Silver Linings Playbook last night. Pretty good. I'm not sure I'm as in love with it as a lot of people were when it came out--I mean, is it REALLY Best Picture material?--but I did enjoy it.

Yeah, I'm with this 100%. Looked great, but that's about it, old sport. I also could do nothing but laugh at the party scenes where they're playing Kanye and Jay-Z.

Yeah, I was pretty jazzed about it but, sadly, it just didn't live up to my expectations. I didn't hate it, but I certainly didn't love it either. I had a lot more fun at Iron Man and Pain & Gain.

Honestly, I think there might be something up with the story that makes it difficult to adapt. I also saw it as a play a few years ago and was not impressed then either.
