Went ahead and threw a few bets out. I really have only the flimsiest reasons for all of these.

Kampmann: .75u to win 1.55u (apparently I placed a .25u bet, forgot about it, and then placed a .5u bet after that)
Rothwell: .83u to win .5u
Dunham: .5u to win .88u
Michael Crocop: .25u to win .39u
