So um, to the guys who won on Silva...how devastated were you guys when Anderson was taken down in the 5th round? (before he got the sub)

As soon as he got taken down, I was straitining up getting ready for bed. I was gonna shut it off, but I wanted to hear sonnen on the mic after the win, that was the only thing that kept me from turning it off.

When there was confusion after Sonnen tap (i didnt see him tap at first) I swear, i was gonna break something if they restarted on the feet. I didnt know what the fuck was going on for what seemed to be 5 minutes, even though it was like 5 seconds.

This was a card with a lot of good underdog opportunities. More so than normal. A lot of them were yelling out to me. It's good to see this again. Hopefully we can figure something out for ufc 118.

Thanks Zak. Hmm, I wonder if those double ear-slaps count as two strikes each, or just one. I really did expect Chael to get takedowns, but Anderson's relative weakness in the standup was a bog shock to me, too.

Fightmetric has a report out now, also. They give Sonnen 320 strikes landed.
