I certainly understand safety and to some extent sportsmanship, but I really hate it when people say a technique should be banned because "it doesn't take any skill". Whenever I hear that, I want to quote Boot-To-the-Head, "Ed Gruberman, you have failed to grasp Mixed Martial Arts. Approach me that you might see."

Really? I actually don't see a lot of skill in walking up to someone on the ground and stomping the shit out of them.
