Waiting worked out just fine for me Lesnar opened at -200 against Carwin .I had no plan to be it at -200 .It fell clear to -130 and I did all my research and actually made it a big play at -130 .

I'm not worried about betting early anymore I just want to try to get it right

You have to try to predict line movement and bet when you believe the line is the best that it's gonna get.

I use to worry about that but I dont anymore. When Carwin opened at +160 I thought for sure he was the play. I thought +160 was great plus money on him and had I bet it before my research I would have lost. I researched and ended up taking Lesnar instead and cashed the biggest mma bet of the year on him.

I'm not betting fights early anymore .I'm doing all my research first and if I still like the line I'll bet it .If the line got to high I'll pass.

There's no value in an opening line if you picked the wrong side because you didnt research the fight enough first

I know you were .Ever since I got snake bit taking the Hendo opening line I've been afraid to bet fights on the opening line just off memory .

I know alot people bet opening lines and I did too but I just dont feel confortable doing it anymore you know?

Johnson missed weight, and it looks like some money is coming in on Riddle. Johnson didn't look drained or anything at the weigh ins, so I don't think the weight cut is going to affect him....I am hoping he hits +200.

Just rewatched Okami-Shields again, and am now even more confident that Okami will do fine in the wrestling department. Couple of things i had forgotten. Jake NEVER actually gets Okamis back to the ground. He gets him to his knees once, and to his butt once, where Okami proceeds to get right back up. Okami gets Jake on his back for just about the complete 3rd round. Most people seem to think okami won the fight, but I think it was pretty close as the first 2 rounds were close. As for this fight proving that Okami has problems with wrestlers...Well, throw that out the window. Even the broadcasters were commenting on how good Okamis Takedown defense was. After watching the fight, I think most observers would conclude that Okami was the better wrestler of the two.

Really wish i had the forsight to jump on the Okami line when it opened, as -200 is just a bit to high still IMO. I do have an Okami-Ellenberger parlay, but nothing big.

10u on Munoz. Why are people still sleeping on elite wrestlers in mma in 2010? I hope Vegas never catches on. When i win Im putting all the winnings on Sonnen. Folkstyle 4 life. Btw Munoz is going to put an extra whipping on Okami for WWII.
