Sucks homey. I got screwed by Danzig (or Stevenson, depending on how you look at it) but you got screwed 9 times harder by Oliveira.

First time I've ever seen a hook kick landed in MMA.

Hah! I didn't notice the first time. I was expecting the usual "awesomely awesome" so that was what I heard. But you're right, he said "handsome".

Honestly my ears didn't perk up until I saw a thread on Sherdog yesterday about his TKD background and heard that he had thrown a lot of TKD-style kicks in the fight. So I went looking for it, and you're right, he's pretty bad ass.

Everyone here knows I'm kind of a nerd for traditional MA styles. Anyone who can successfully adapt any form of karate, TKD, or kung fu to MMA instantly has a fan in me. I will definitely be keeping an eye on this guy.
