I watched The King's Speech the other night. It's actually pretty good. Great performances all around, especially from Geoffrey Rush.

I actually remember going to a movie alone. It was to see District 9. It was unplanned, I went to the mall to go to GNC, and I decided to see a movie on my way out. That movie was gay.

I like dramas more than action or comedy flicks, but I have never been less interested in a movie in my entire life.

The whole premise of the movie just makes me want to die thinking about it. But it is good you say?

Agreed. That movie has sex with other mockumentaries right up the film reel.

Perhaps I had the advantage of not knowing anything about it. I hadn't even seen the trailer. I just knew it beat David Fincher/The Social Network for Best Director/Best Picture.

But yeah, it was really good. Great cast, true story, and a lot more humor than I expected. If you like historical dramas then you should enjoy it.

I do shit by myself all the time. Movies. I eat out alone all the time (real restaurants, not just fast food). I prefer it to company tbh. I will do stuff with friends too, but I definitely don't need them to go out.

Only if it lasts more than a week. Guys who say "I was homeless for a week" are just being dramatic.

I've been to the movies twice alone and it was only because I had to. Once was to see Hangover when me and the lady were fighting and the other time was to see Public Enemies because the lady refuses to watch Johnny Deep and I wanted to see it. Besides that I've never been to the movies alone,I either find someone to go with or skip it
