As for tapping, there is definitely a time and place for it (like a joint lock) or if you are just not getting out or if you are getting your ass kicked (why go to sleep and possibly shit yourself on TV if you are going to lose anyway). BUt Sonnen had the fight won, they were slippery as hell and he was almost out of it. I would have fought that to the living death. You definitely go to sleep fighting in that case. Nothing bad happens when you get choked unconscious, it is actually kind of nice.
