I just watched Okami/Silva I, Okami was getting tooled. If Silva didn't get DQ'd, he would have fought Jake Shields next.

He isn't going to the ground. I should stop watching those shows, because it really made me believe Nog could win. He does seem to be training his bjj pretty seriously though, in the gi and everything like a man.

I use to be but I've mellowed out a lot over the years,of course if I was a UFC Champion on TV all the time I may go back to douche land.

    Just semi-decent?

I heard it was actually full of win.

I've heard on several occasions that a lot of fighters just weird in general, with many of them bordering on just being kind of literally crazy. When you think about it, it shouldn't be a huge surprise. They've taken getting beaten up and turned it into a job. When you take into account the pain and injuries that go into being a professional fighter, it seems that they HAVE to be at least a little abnormal psychologically to put themselves through that on a regular basis.

I think he was. From what I heard he wasn't really involved in Ryan's life early on but that they are cool now.

Another thing we have to remember is that everyone is flawed. A lot of times we latch onto character flaws because of something these guys said or did, but does being a douche in one area of life--or at one isolated point in time--mean they are douches in totality?

I can be a douche and if you had video of my entire life, you could make quite the highlight real of douchey things I've done. I'm not sure that that makes me a douche, though.

    Douche.

I have read/heard some stories about Leben. When I am bored I watch the Joe Rogan podcast, which is semi decent. He has had Bas rutten on there which was really cool. I just watched him with Charlie Murphy. Usually he has comedians on the podcast, pretty much all of them. One of them said Forrest Griffin snuck up behind him and put him in a read naked. It was a cool thing either, kind of a douchebag thing. Another story on there was about Chris Leben. Apparently Joe, a bunch of comedians and Chris Leben got drunk and hung out. I guess Leben went crazy and was putting holds on guys. In the end they said don't hang out with a cagefighter while he is drinking. I would bet a lot of them are douches. It is a hard lifestyle, that tends to make people douches.

I wouldn't be suprised if Randy was a douche. He is basically a dead beat dad from what I hear.

Some of the guys I suspect are cool in real life: Serra, Brian Stann, Lytle, Pulver, Dan Hardy, Leben, Big Nog, Wanderlei, Forrest Griffin, Faber, Krzysztof, Justin Wren, Mitrione, Matt Lindland, Gerald Harris, Melendez. . .

Some guys I think are probably kind of douchey: Maynard, Edgar, Brock, Mir, Kos, Bisping

Someone I think probably catches undeserved shit: Rashad

I don't know either of them to be honest. I didn't research them and thus took a shot in the dark.
