Seton Hall and Myles are off that really really tough loss hosting Nova in a spot they wanted so damn badly as they hoped to slam the door shut on a sole regular season Big East title. This is the finale and not a great spot...a lot of travel to the Midwest for one of these outlier Big East schools...but this is a team that can win THIS home game...and finish 18-1 on their home court for the season and also secure a tie at the top (with what appears to also be Nova right now) while also sweeping Seton Hall and denying them their title!
Creighton is a great GREAT first half team...a top 5 average margin at home at +11 points...while Seton Hall averages being down on the road by a point at the break this season. The Jays will be motivated and come out hot...and the line stinks honestly so I'll hit the first half gimme line and assume the 3 way tie commences but we will already be holding the BAG not stressing!
6-Unit Play. #007. Take Minnesota Wild -140 Over LA Kings (Saturday @ 4:00pm est)
We rolling with the Wild here as we love this spot for them to do well. The Wild have been white hot as of late and are playing with a ton of confidence right now. Since the firing of Boudreau things are starting to click with the team and there is new energy. Now they are in the playoff hunt when it was thought earlier this wasn't even possible. They have now won 7 of their last 9 overall and 6 in a row on the road, beating teams like Nashville, Edmonton, and Vancouver. They have finally found some consistency in goal behind Stalock who is 11-3-1 his last 15 games. The Wild now sit just 1 point out of a wild card spot and cant afford to lose a game to the Kings in what is a log jam in the West. Look the Kings despite rebuilding and no playoff hopes have turned it on a bit now that the pressure is off. That said I think this is a big let down game as they come off a 1-0 win against the Leafs. Of course they got up to face an elite team like the Leafs, but I think the Wild will have the motivation here today to grab a big road win. Kings beat the Wild the last time they played so they have some added revenge here. Wild are 6-0 in their last 6 road games. Favorite is 9-2 in the last 11 meetings. Kings are 12-39 in their last 51 games playing on 1 days rest.
My 150 Dime selection is Umass over Rhode Island. The current line on this game is the Minutemen +3 in Vegas and offshore at 7:00 am eastern. Be sure to shop around for the best line available

3-unit Play. #570. Take Memphis Grizzlies -6.5 over Atlanta Hawks. (Saturday @ 8:00 pm est)
Memphis return home after going 2-1 on their road swing that included a 127-88 win in Atlanta last week. The Grizzlies are now 3-1 in their last four and we like for this side to bounce back from an ugly loss at Dallas last night which was the first time since their February 28th loss to Sacramento that they gave up more than 104 points. Taylor Jenkins will have worked on a disappointing defensive showing before this game. Memphis allowed Dallas to push them around on Friday night. A win on Saturday for Memphis will level the Grizzlies at 32-32 on the season. Memphis are holding onto a slight lead with the last playoff spot in the West as Dallas are 7.5 ahead in seventh. The host will not have to worry about Atlanta's most talented player as Trae Young is unlikely to play for the second straight game through illness. The Hawks are coming off a 118-112 loss at Washington who are having just a slightly better season than Atlanta. The visitors are giving up 119 points per game, which is 29th in the league. This is the perfect match up for Memphis to regain their confidence and to reset the ugly defensive performance from last night.
RHODE ISLAND -3
RHODE ISLAND @ MASSACHUSETTS | 3/07 | 7:00 PM EST
12:11 PM
The Rams were embarrassed by Dayton in their biggest game of the year. Now, they will likely need to win this one and make a strong showing in the A-10 tournament in order to hear their name called on selection Sunday. UMass has a promising youth-laden club and perhaps the conference's top big man in freshman Tre Mitchell. But the Minutemen have a disadvantage in depth and in backcourt play. A desperate Rhode Island club should take this one.

SAINT MARY'S -7.5
PEPPERDINE VS SAINT MARY'S | 3/08 | 12:30 AM EST
WEST COAST CONFERENCE QUARTERFINAL -- One of Saint Mary’s best road conference wins came in a nine-point victory over Pepperdine. Tonight the Gaels get the Waves on a neutral court in Las Vegas. Slim NCAA Tournament hopes should also motivate Saint Mary’s seniors Tanner Krebs and Jordan Ford. Grab the Gaels.

PHILADELPHIA -1.5
BUFFALO @ PHILADELPHIA | 3/07 | 7:00 PM EST

The Sabres are struggling, having dropped five straight, while the Flyers are as hot as any team in the NHL. Flyers goaltender Carter Hart is 19-2-2 at home with a 1.64 GAA and a .948 save percentage. The Flyers are tied atop the division with the Capitals and can't afford to slip up here. The Sabres have dropped 13 of their last 16 games in Philly. Flyers puck line (+116) is the play.

STANFORD +7.5
STANFORD @ OREGON | 3/07 | 11:00 PM EST

This is a huge game. Look for a much closer game than this line suggests. The Cardinal were struggling, however they have won five of their last six and still lead the Pac-12 in scoring defense. That keeps them in games and will give them a shot to cover this generous number. The Cardinal won 70-60 in the first meeting and are 14-6 ATS in night games this year. The Ducks are undefeated at home but will be tested. I'm on Stanford.
N. CAROLINA +10.5
N. CAROLINA @ DUKE | 3/07 | 6:00 PM EST
2:23 PM
The last time Carolina faced Duke was Feb 8 at Chapel Hill, and Duke won 98-96 in overtime failing to cover -7.5. It was the fifth straight time UNC covered against Duke. Carolina has won and covered its last three, and all three went Over, giving the Heels some momentum heading into the ACC Tourney. Duke has lost three of its last five. I took the points with UNC.

UCLA +3
UCLA @ USC | 3/07 | 3:15 PM EST
2:21 PM
USC flexed its muscles in dominant wins against both Arizona schools, and then UCLA kept up and followed suit last week by beating both the Arizona schools as well. USC is going to have its hands full with UCLA clicking on all cylinders, winning its last seven games (6-1 ATS). UCLA is trying to win the Pac-12 regular-season title. UCLA is the play.
