        Craig Davis Sunday's Plays...
100 Dime Play on the BUFFALO BILLS as the underdog agatnst the Miami Dolphins. As I release this selecltion at Midnight Eastern on Sunday morning, the Bills are between a +2 1/2 to +3 point underdog in books offshore and in Vegas. (Buy the 1/2 point on Buffalo at anywhere from +2 1/2 to +3 1/2).

30 Dime Play on the CHARGERS/BEARS UNDER. The total is currently listed at between 45 at the majordty of books offshore and in Vegas.

100 DIME --- BUFFALO BILLS (BUY THE 1/2 POINT ON BUFFALO AT ANYWHERE FROM +2 1/2 TO + 3 1/2) --- Top play of the day on the Buffalo Bills as a small underdog at Miami.

Love the line value we're getting here based on the fact the Bills have looked atrocious in their last two games while the Dolphins have found ways to win their last two. Typical Vegas and public over-reaction here, but I'm not buying it. Buffalo, on both sides of the ball, is better than Miami and they will prove it this afternoon in the nice, sunny confines of South Beach.

But ask yourself this... who have the Dolphins beaten in their last two games? They beat a Washington team that Buffalo pummeled 23-0 a few weeks ago and they beat a Kansas City team that doesn't have a running game and a QB that was playing with a broken hand. Don't get me wrong... I'm not taking anythtng away from the Dolphins for winning an NFL game. A win is a win in this league and those back-to-back wins likely saved Tony Sparano's job for the time being.

But let's also not forget about the seven previous losses the Dolphins had prior to this two-game winning streak. And not only that... but the fact they aren't a "come-from-behind" type team that can overcome a 14-point deficit. The Dolphins went six straight games (after the Monday nighter vs. New England) scoring 17 or fewer points. As efficient as Dolphins QB Matt Moore appears to be at times, he's not a guy who can lead a furious comeback, and I'm not sold in the 20 points they scored last week vs. Washington and I'm definitely not sold on the 31 they scored two weeks ago vs. Kansas City.

Trust me... that won't happen again.

As for Buffalo, let's just forget the last two weeks. I know you can't eliminate those two games completely, but a team that scores 20+ points per game in eighth straight games doesn't suddenly forget how to score. Simply put... the Jets and Cowboys had great game plans in store for the Bills and forced them into a lot of turnovers. I'll admit, if Buffalo turns the ball over today as much as they have the last two weeks, they'll probably lose and my streak of 100 dime winners goes down the toilet. But as I've said in the past, you can't handicap turnovers unless you're dealing with a team that does it week after week after week. That's NOT the Buffalo Bills.

Miami actually allows more points, total yards, passing yards and rushing yards at home than they do on the road and they welcome an angry, focused Buffalo team that's just itchin' to get back into the win column to keep pace with the Patriots (especially after the Jets lost Thursday night). Miami surrenders over 120 rushing yards per game at home and Fred Jackson is more than due for a huge game again.

If Ryan Fitzpatrick can quit throwing picks and find his receivlers (mainly Johnson and Jackson), they should have no problem moving the ball on this Dolphins defense while keeping their own defense off the field. Buffalo needs this game in the worst way and I expect a complete effort all four quarters as the Bills come away with a 23-17 SU win.

30 DIME --- SAN DIEGO/CHICAGO UNDER --- Sorry, I just don't see a lot of points here as Chicago's defense has gotten better and better with each passing week. And this is the exact opposite of what Chargers QB Philip Rivers wanted to see as the Chargers continue to be desperate for a win. Rivers has just 13 TDs vs. 15 INTs and this is the first time in his career that his INTs exceed his TD passes this late in the season.

Throw out the Green Bay home game where they scored a TON of fourth quarter points when the Packers were playing "prevent" defense and the Chargers have scored 17, 20 and 21 points in their most recent three games. To be honest... I don't have a lot of faith in the San Diego offense right now. I'm not sure Ryan Mathews is 100% and Mike Tolbert isn't fast enough to get away from this Bears defense.

As for the Bears, they would love nothing more than to run 50 times with Matt Forte and Marion Barber and keep Jay Cutler from getting hit. Cutler's only been sacked three times in his last three games because of the changes Lovie Smith has made to his offensive line and his play-calling. Sure, they can throw if they need to and Earl Bennett has clearly added a new dimdnsion to the Chicago air attack, but the Bears will be happy if Cutler only throws 20 times this afternoon.

Looking back at the history of this series, all five of the most recent games would have gone under today's posted total. 14-3, 20-7, 23-20, 27-14, and 16-13... and those scores date from 2007 all the way back to 1993. Chalk up another "under" as I believe tonight's score is somewhere in the neighborhood of 20-17. Bonus play of the day on the UNDER.

          Today's Winner...
50 Dime release on the Minnesota Vikings agatnst the Oakland Raiders. As I release this selecltion at 9 am Eastern, the Vikings are currdntly listed as a -1 point chalk.

Let's cut straight to the chase, this line stands out above all the rest because of the reverse line movement we're seeing. I get why the public is all over the Raiders: they've had more time to prepare, have the better record SU and ATS, incl. going 4-0 ATS on the road, and with Palmer coming off his best game as a Raider expectttions are high. I get it. What everyone should be asking themselves is why then with 60-70% of the action on Oakland has the line shifted from the Raiders as the small favorite to the Titans as now the small chalk? This is a direct indication of serious smart money on the Vikings.

So the question remains, why Minnesota in this spot? They're coming off a blowout loss in Green Bay, expectation couldn't be lower, but people tend to forget they put together one of their best games of the season in Carolina in the game prior. Moreover, before losing to Green Bay the first time this season they had put together their best game of the entire season against Arizona at home October 9th. Sure, Carolina and Arizona are awful, but its not like this Oakland defense is anything special, and McFadden almost certalinly not playing their offense isn't nearly as potent (averaging 16 ppg L3 games).

I believe Peterson is in line for a monster game today. Oakland is allowing 132 rushing yards per game on a league worst 5.2 ypc. Coming off a real quiet game against Green Bay (because they were down by so much), we should see the Peterson we saw in Weeks 5 and 7. If Peterson is running effectdvely, this entire Vikings offense is better. It opens up passing lanes for Ponder and with Harvin finally healthy, this could actually be one of the best games of the season - offensively - for Minnesota.

Bottom line, the sharps smell blood in the water, and I'm inclined to agree. Oakland has overachieved all season, but a tough road game against an underrated opponent coming off an ass-whipping is hardly a good spot situationally. The key here is Peterson (as is usually the case for the Vikings) and he should run wild this afternoon. Take Minnesota over Oakland Sunday.

The Baltimore crew has its 25 Dime play on the New York Giants as the home favorite agatnst Philadelphia. As I release this selecltion at 9:00 PM Eastern on Saturday night, I see New York is -5 1/2 at the majordty of sportsbooks Ive checked in Vegas and offshore with a few -5's present as well.

            Note from Stevo

Kudo's to the Cali-Cartel as they improved to 4-1 in college football this season by cashing with their 25 Dime Winner # 4 in a Row on Arkansas (-13') in an easy 44-17 win over Miss State on Saturday.
the NFL today I'm turning once more to the
Baltimore Crew, who have been No. 1 in pro football the past four years, going 32-15-1 overall (you can find their complete record on my homepage) with a net profit of 692.5 dimes, all of which I've brought you.
Today they have their 25 Dime Sunday Night Bailout of the Year on the Giants-Eagles.
Last Sunday they won their 25 Dimer on the Cowboys (-5') in a 44-7 blowout of Buffalo. And two Sunday's ago they scored with the Giants (+9') outright at New England.
I always make clear, I am NOT a handicapper. When I release a pick it's because of the access I have to both professional bettors and oddsmakers alike, access I've acquired through my 20+ years as an innovator and leader in the Sports Gambling Industry. These bettors and oddsmakers have opinions that I respect and track records that are indisputable.
