When I was in San Diego I got up to benching 150 for reps. That's a high point for me. Never tested my 1 RM. When I went to the gym the other day I had lost so much strength that I was benching like 115.
I told Luke about it and he was like, "Why can't you bench more?" I was like, because my muscles aren't that strong?
If I could get up to doing 180 for reps, that would be nice. I don't know what's normal though, or what I'm "supposed" to be at.
